The rooftop pool was a fantastic retreat after a day of sightseeing, though breakfast was a mixed experience with cold food. The quirky decor in the lobby added a unique charm to the hotel.

The hotel is ideally situated just steps away from major attractions like the National Museum and Royal Palace. The spacious room provided a comfortable stay, and I particularly enjoyed the impressive rooftop pool and bar, which offered stunning views. The buffet breakfast on the top floor featured a variety of options, allowing for a delightful start to each day.
The lift's slow speed was inconvenient at times.

rooftop swimming pool, excellent reception service, central location
Check-in process dragged on for 20 minutes!!! The breakfast room felt cramped and the carpet was undeniably filthy!!! Maintenance issues, like a loose bathroom tap and inconsistent hot water, detracted from the experience!!!

Great base for exploring Phnom Penh. the kids loved the pool, and our big dog felt right at home. Breakfast was decent, and the spacious room had plenty of charm. We especially enjoyed the quick access to local sights.
My kids wished for more breakfast options.

The location is perfect, just a stroll away from the museum and grand palace. The rooftop swimming pool offers stunning views, and the breakfast up there is delicious with plenty of choices. Staff members are kind and quick to help. Our suite had amazing views overlooking the river, but the lift was really slow, making it frustrating when we were in a hurry. The room itself was spacious and equipped, but it could use a refresh since some areas felt worn. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants as well, so dining options were plentiful. Overall, it was a nice stay, but there's definitely room for improvement in the maintenance and service speed.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy for us to explore the main attractions. The rooftop pool area provided stunning views and was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The design throughout the hotel is impressive, especially the lovely wood paneling.
We found the bathroom in our room to be somewhat outdated.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel has a super nice pool with river views. We were close to lots of cool places like the Royal Palace and local markets. Tuk tuks are easy to catch. Overall, a solid base for hanging out and exploring.
One thing to note, the laundry service mixed up some of our clothes, which was annoying when traveling, but we managed.

Family with kids suitable for a decent stay
They had a pool on the roof that was super nice, perfect for cooling off after a hot day. And the wooden decor in the lobby? It was like walking through an art exhibit!
It wasn't exactly cheap, though it was decent enough.
